I think that this is a great Dentist!! People just have to know him...He is very Kind, and has a great sense of humor..I don't think you should rate him on when he gives an injection, maybe people freak out so that's why..I think you should also look as his work he did for you!!He tells it like it is and there is nothing wrong with that.

Dr. Novak is excellent. He was very good at getting my crown perfect within a reasonable amount of time. I will definitely go back to his office the next time I need a dentist appointment!!

I havent been to a dentist in YEARS, due to a bad experience. A friend of mine recommended Dr Novak.. Ive had nothing but a GREAT experience with Dr Novak and staff... Sure his demeanor is a little dry, but a true professional... And ive had plenty of work done with him and staff.. And of course a shot IN the mouth, in the most sensitive area is going to sting, but after that you ARE GOOOOOD.. Good job to Dr Novak and staff and a big thank you for taking great care of my teeth

Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I thought that everyone on the staff was very nice and friendly. I did feel welcomed during my visit. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay.

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.

I've been seeing Dr. Novak for about 3 years now and love it! He's corrected some fillings I had done by a previous dentist that was starting to cause me some problems. The office staff are polite and very professional. I enjoy my cleanings so well that my 35 minute drive from another town is totally worth it!

Dr. Novak and his dental hygienists are wonderful. When I moved to the area I began using his office to meet my dental needs and I have never been more pleased with a dentist! I am usually afraid of the dentist, but I felt so comfortable at this practice. I hope that I never have to use another dentist!I have had my teeth cleaned there and several fillings. Dr. Novak and his hygienist explained everything that the procedures would entail before hand. I have always been pleased with the services provided to me by this office. I would recommend Dr. Novak to other patients in need of dental work.
